Alison M. Lipman
Ms. Lipman joined Johnson & Repucci as an associate after working for several years in Steamboat Springs at a transactional firm. She primarily practices real estate, land use, natural resources and corporate law.
Ms. Lipman graduated from law school in 2014 from the University of Colorado School of Law. She is licensed in Colorado. While in law school, Ms. Lipman participated in the University of Colorado’s American Indian Law Clinic as a student attorney where she served several American Indian tribes. She also gained diverse experience interning for the Colorado Water Trust and Intrawest. At Intrawest, she performed legal work for both Steamboat and Winter Park resorts, serving under their corporate counsels. Ms. Lipman obtained her undergraduate degree at Pitzer College in Claremont, California and graduated with honors in Political Studies. While at Pitzer, she played on the Pomona-Pitzer varsity softball team and studied abroad at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
Outside of the office, Ms. Lipman enjoys cross-country mountain biking, alpine skiing, backpacking and playing her guitar.
