Publicly announced the successful closing of the May 2012 partnership of renowned Frasca Food and Wine restaurateurs Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Patterson with Chipotle Mexican Grill in the formation of PL Restaurant Holdings, LLC. The firm assisted Stuckey and Patterson in the structuring of their new partnership with Chipotle, which expands Boulder’s successful Pizzeria Locale into a new fast-casual pizza concept restaurant of the same name. The new Pizzeria Locale franchise merges Stuckey and Patterson’s traditional Naples-inspired pizzeria with Chipotle’s commitment to premium ingredients and interactive service. The partnership’s first restaurant opened in Denver in May 2013, with plans for additional restaurants in the Denver market coming soon.

Successfully completed $20 million equity raise through sale of limited liability company membership interests in Poconos Equity Investors, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, as part of a planned $146 million expansion of the 160-acre Camelback Mountain Resort in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. The expansion will comprise approximately 570,000 square feet, including a 413-unit hotel containing 453 accommodation rooms and a 125,000 square foot indoor (year-round) waterpark. The project will boast an array of amenities, including ski-in/ski-out access, restaurants, a family entertainment center, a conference center and a spa and fitness center. The project is fully entitled and designed, and construction has already begun with an opening planned by the winter of 2015/2016.
