Successfully protested real property valuation of vacant property in Boulder County resulting in reclassification of property, substantial reduction in property taxes and significant refund for past property tax payments.

Negotiated and completed land exchange with Boulder County where total acreage involved was over 40 acres. Successfully negotiated a conservation easement with Boulder County encumbering approximately 15 acres of land as part of said exchange.
