Completed the acquisition of an approximately 10 acre site in a new mixed-use Boulder planned development for the location of an approximately 52,000 square foot community center. The project involved the negotiation of complex development and subdivision agreements, community covenants, design, development, and construction agreements, the completion of City subdivision approvals, and the closing of letter of credit and acquisition, development and construction loan facilities totaling approximately $11.7 million.
