Joseph J. Przyuski

Mr. Przyuski is an Associate at Johnson & Repucci LLP, having joined the firm in 2023.  Mr. Przyuski brings more than fifteen years of experience in both the public and private sectors, with a practice focused on administrative law, procurement, government relations, land use matters, and municipal law.  Mr. Przyuski currently advises clients on a wide range of real estate and business acquisitions and dispositions, contracts, leasing, title related matters and water law issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Przyuski operated a multi-jurisdictional law practice advising government agencies and private clients on municipal law, administrative law, procurement, ethics and compliance matters.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Przyuski served as Legal Counsel and Special Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Public Auditor of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, where he acted as chief legal advisor on ethics, employment and procurement matters, led investigations into fraud, waste and abuse, and prosecuted public corruption as a special prosecutor.  He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Mr. Przyuski earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law, where he graduated second in his class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Western International Law Journal.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.  Mr. Przyuski is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Hawaii, California and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Mr. Przyuski resides in Erie, Colorado. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kate, and their two children, Jack and Eloise, or solo paddling a canoe on one of Colorado’s many waterways.
