In addition to handling land use matters for our real estate and water clients, we have represented numerous clients with matters before city, county, and state land use commissions and boards. Our attorneys have experience working with land use directors, land use staff, land use boards, and governmental attorneys to pursue and obtain governmental action.
This includes advising clients regarding pre-application strategy, handling land use applications, appearing at public hearings, and creating records on appeal when necessary. We have successfully represented clients in opposing and challenging land use applications that were detrimental to their interests.
We have also secured relief for our clients in District Court and Appellate Courts in connection with causing them to overturn adverse land use decisions. Finally, we have testified before State of Colorado Senate and House Committees concerning land use and water matters on behalf of our clients.
