Obtained final Denver Basin ground water decree for 5,262-acre well field, involving 5,425 acre-feet of fully consumable water. Adjudicating this well field required the change and consolidation of 10 prior decrees, along with the adjudication of nearly 900 acre-feet of new fully consumable water rights.

Adjudicated ditch-wide change case on the Whitney Ditch, changing over 1/3 of the ditch and obtaining 1,500 acre feet of consumptive use water.
